Most of our projects range from £5000.00 to £750,000.00 and we work closely with our client’s design teams to produce preliminary and/or feasibility designs. This could be either working from a performance specification, a full design brief, or indeed a full duties design produced by a consultant.

Accurate and competitive pricing is achieved by having a thorough knowledge of the marketplace relating to mechanical services. Westside Facilities supply air conditioning, ventilation equipment and systems installation, hot and cold water services, LPHW heating systems and gas services and controls, whether BMS or conventional type.

  SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

To support all new installations, Westside Facilities Ltd offers a project specific service and maintenance facility. Consideration is given to the frequency of visits, and the required level of maintenance, which can vary from simple filter cleaning, to a fully comprehensive service and preventative maintenence program. These considerations allow our services to be specific to each individual job.
