COMMERCIAL FLARE

Most of our projects range from £5000.00 to £750,000.00 and we will work closely with client’s design teams to produce preliminary and/or feasibility designs commensurate with the clients specific requirements, the type of system required, and the commercial budget whether working from a performance specification a full design brief or indeed a full duties design produced by a consultant.

For pre-specified projects, accurate and competitive pricing is achieved by having a thorough knowledge of the marketplace related to air conditioning, ventilation equipment and systems installation, Hot and cold water services, Gas services and controls, whether BMS or conventional type..



SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

To support all new installations, Westside Facilities Ltd offers a project specific service and maintenance facility.

This is in the form of a service and maintenance proposal formulated specifically and with consideration given to the frequency of visits and the required level of maintenance, which can vary from simple filter cleaning to a fully comprehensive service and preventative maintenance program.
